Essentially, GPI offer an underwriting service to support remedial treatment contractor’s guarantees. Damp proofing, woodworm treatment, dry rot and wet rot treatments can be underwritten for up to 20 years. Structural waterproofing and tanking can be underwritten for up to 10 years. Should the contractor cease to trade during the period of their guarantee, GPI takes over the guarantee liability for the remaining term of the guarantee.

Premiums for GPI guarantees are one-off payments, representing excellent value for money.
